My kitchen sink is blocked and call Trouble Shooters in the morning. Jason arrived within 2 hours to my home. He inspected the situation and use camera to show me on the problem. He did the job very carefully and also indicated another grease problem on the main pipe. He went back to office to get another equipment and spent at least 4 hours on the whole job. Very appreciate his workmanship and altitude. Thanks

Very good service. Nick and Dylan were great. They were super knowledgeable and helped clear my basement drain due to a large amount of grease accumlated over the years. Spoke with their management, and Jerry was super helpful and honest. Highly recommend Trouble Shooters!! Thanks guys for the amazing work!

A job well done. I needed to change the main valve in my house. Ryan was very helpful and patient to wait for the city staff to turn off the water to my property. Unfortunately the person cannot turn the valve and had to make another request to change the water box outside the house. In a few days the team of staff came to my house unnannounced to do the work. I had to call the company to try to get Ryan to come and do the job. The lady at the office was very nice and contacted Ryan who came quickly and did a good job quickly. Fantastic for me because I don't have to call and reschedule water turn off again with the City. Thank you Trouble Shooter and Ryan. Merci Beaucoup.

The previous plumber said that the reason my kitchen sink had back flow was because the drainage pipe was blocked with hardened grease and had no success with his industrial snake. I called Savanah at Trouble Shooters Plumbing and she arranged for next day service. Thanks to Nick and Kashawn, who spent under 3 hours using industrial snake and hydro jetting to clear pipe. Suffice to say they did an incredible job. I highly recommend them - friendly, prompt, experienced, knowledgeable and tenacious!

Ryan was on time, cost efficient and did a wonderful job preparing our tub spout and installing our new bathroom sink. We have used Trouble Shooters many times and they have always been reliable, reasonable and professional.
